Cancellation Policy

1.Cancellation Policy

For Local Rides (within Delhi NCR):

• Free Cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours): A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount may be charged.
• No-show: Full fare will be charged with no refund.

For Outstation Trips (Delhi to other cities like Agra, Jaipur, etc.):

• Free Cancellation: Up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Late Cancellation (less than 48 hours): A cancellation fee of up to 75% of the booking amount may apply.
• No-show: No refund will be issued.

Airport Transfers & Time-Sensitive Bookings:

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the pickup time to avoid full charges.

2. Refund Policy

• Eligible refunds (after applicable deductions) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Refunds for payments made via credit/debit card or digital wallets may be subject to processing fees by the payment provider.
• If booking was made through a third-party platform or agent, refund processing may depend on their policies as well.
• Once the vehicle has been dispatched or has left for duty, no refund will be issued regardless of ride status or usage.

3. Modifications to Booking

• Booking modifications (change in date/time, vehicle type) are subject to availability and must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled ride.
• Additional charges may apply depending on the requested change.

4. Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, lockdowns, or other uncontrollable circumstances, White Feather Cabs reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
