Terms and Conditions
Welcome to White Feather Cabs, a premium car rental service. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services. By booking a service or using any part of our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Definitions
- Company refers to White Feather Cabs, its subsidiaries, and affiliated entities.
- User/Customer refers to any person or entity using or booking our services.
- Services refers to luxury cab rentals, including chauffeur-driven cars and related travel services.
2. Booking and Confirmation
- Bookings can be made online, via phone, or through authorized agents.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation via email, SMS, or phone.
- A valid government-issued ID may be required at the time of pickup.
- Advance bookings are preferred to ensure car and chauffeur availability.
3. Payments
- Payment must be made as per the agreed terms during booking (partial/full).
- We accept major credit/debit cards, online payments, and bank transfers.
- Any additional charges (tolls, parking, extra hours) will be billed separately..
- International clients may incur currency conversion or bank processing charges.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Local Rides: Cancellations made 24 hours before scheduled pickup will incur no penalty. Later cancellations may attract a partial or full charge.
- Outstation Trips: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund after deducting administrative fees.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
5. Use of Vehicles
- Vehicles are provided strictly for personal or business use, not for illegal or unethical purposes.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by negligence or misuse will be charged to the user.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and unlawful activities are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
- White Feather Cabs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone found violating these terms.
6. Chauffeur Conduct
- Our chauffeurs are trained, licensed, and instructed to maintain professionalism at all times.
- Any inappropriate behavior should be reported immediately to our support team.
- Clients are requested to treat chauffeurs with courtesy and respect.
7. Delays and Liability
- While we strive for punctuality, White Feather Cabs is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, breakdowns, or events beyond our control.
- In case of vehicle breakdowns, a replacement vehicle will be dispatched as soon as possible.
- The company is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings during the trip.
8. International Services
- For services outside India, local laws and conditions may apply.
- Clients booking services in foreign countries agree to be bound by applicable regional terms.
9. Privacy
Use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your personal data is collected and used.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.
